Please fill out the registration form below before you make a reservation class.
Each class session is limited to four (4) people only.
Payment of 50% deposit for class registration must be made before you attend the class. For the payment deposit of Theory (+) Basic Category is RM50.00 and for Theory (+) Intermediate Category is RM 65.00.
The deposit is non-refundable, BUT, you can change the date if unable to attend the class selected.
The remaining payments shall be paid after attending the class.
The payment transaction can be made via internet banking or cash deposit machines in the following account.
